Invoice Insider Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before engaging Invoice Insider ("we," "us," "our," "the Service"). By booking or paying for the Service, you ("the Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Invoice Insider provides in-person car-buying advisory and negotiation support services. This includes assistance with vehicle price negotiation, trade-in valuation, and review of financing terms during a scheduled dealership visit. The Service is provided on a "one buyer, one day, one car" basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Fees & Payment
The flat fee for the Service is $599, due in advance of the scheduled dealership visit. Payment is required regardless of the outcome of the visit, including if no vehicle purchase is ultimately made.
3. No Refund Policy
Because the Service involves dedicated, in-person time reserved specifically for the Client, all payments are non-refundable, including in situations where:
- The Client decides not to purchase a vehicle
- The dealership visit ends earlier than expected
- The Client is unsatisfied with the outcome of negotiations
- No financing or trade-in terms are agreed upon
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
Invoice Insider provides expertise, negotiation support, and industry knowledge, but does not guarantee:
- A specific purchase price, financing rate, or trade-in value
- That any dealership will agree to specific terms
- Approval of financing by any lender
- Any specific dollar amount of savings
All final purchase, financing, and trade-in decisions are made solely by the Client. Invoice Insider acts in an advisory capacity only.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
- Making all final decisions regarding vehicle purchase, financing, and trade-in
- Reviewing and signing all dealership paperwork under their own judgment
- Providing accurate information regarding their needs, budget, and preferences prior to the scheduled visit
6. Independent Relationship
Invoice Insider is engaged directly by, and paid solely by, the Client. Invoice Insider has no financial relationship, referral agreement, or affiliation with any dealership, lender, or manufacturer involved in the transaction.
7. Limitation of Liability
Invoice Insider is not liable for:
- Any decisions made by the Client during or after the dealership visit
- Actions, representations, or conduct of any dealership, salesperson, or lender
- Any financial outcome of the vehicle purchase, financing agreement, or trade-in
- Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by the dealership or third parties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoice Insider's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount paid by the Client for that engagement.
8. Scheduling & Cancellations

9. Not Legal or Financial Advice
Invoice Insider is not a licensed attorney, financial advisor, or lender. Nothing provided as part of the Service constitutes legal or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed professional for legal or financial guidance specific to their situation.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
